HOWA 6.5 CREEDMORE BOLT ACTION RIFLE.

Howa 1500 Bolt Action Target / Varmint / Heavy Barrel Rifle in the insanely popular calibre 6.5 Creedmoor. Yet another gun in from a customer who seriously enjoys trying something for a few months and moving on. Anyone who regularly checks my adverts will already have read about him. I do not complain (though I DO actively try to discourage)! Ultimately, all of his rifles end up allowing someone to save a more than fair amount of money.

He always takes excellent care of whatever he buys and never seems to keep any for long. Then sees something new and trades them in. It DOES work out to be GREAT news for anyone wanting to save a more than fair amount against buying brand new. They are all basically the rifle equivalent of a car with marginally higher than usual delivery mileage.

This comes with a Non-Standard Long Range 26” (660mm) Heavy Profile / Target / Varmint Barrel. Factory Screw Cut at 5/8” x 24 TPI UNeF. Upgraded GRS Bi-Frost Stock which in its shortest position offers up a trigger pull at 13 7/8” (353mm). Push Button Super-Fast Adjustment for Cheek Rest as well as Recoil Pad Length. The LIMBSAVER Butt / Recoil Pad also offering the same Cant and Height Set Adjustment too.

20 and 40 MOA Picatinny Rails for Serious Long Range Generally held in stock too. Shorter accessory rails already attached / in place to the bottom of the Rigid Stock. One at the front to accept a suitable matching Bi-pod. Another at the back end to fit matching Height Adjustable 3^rd / Tripod Leg. Fit both and have an all but PERFECT Fully Adjustable Tripod set up to micro adjust the scope PERFECTLY. The most stable platform possible making it all but impossible to miss.

ALSO TO NOTE:

These 26” barrel versions come with a Match Grade Fully Adjustable Trigger as standard. They are NOT fitted to the shorter barrel options. To add in to this paragraph is the news (Feb 2025) that the 26” version is also now phased out. There are a few brand-new barrelled actions left. As such, IF you prefer / want new then DO NOT HANG ABOUT. RING and hopefully I can grab one. Alternatively, just save some money and grab this one.

Rubberized, Anti Slip Grip areas and an Oversized Bolt Knob for an equally positive grip and operation. The rifle comes Complete with the Detachable Magazine Conversion Kit supplied and fitted. One 5 and one 10 round magazine too. (I will have more available in stock to add if required) . These stocks also feature Flush inlet Quick Detachable Rifle Sling points to each side. As such, easily set up for the most comfortable carry / Best Practical option to suit you.

As pictured / shortest stock position the rifle finishes at 46 ¼” (1175mm). Regardless of the stock position the weight stays the same and tips scales at 9 Lbs 9 oz (4.336 Kg)!

There IS also a small Two Round Bullet Holder pictured still in place to the right side. This will easily remove as its basically self-adhesive tape and Velcro. I can take it off and clean any residue or simply leave in place and use.

Take a GOOD look at the bolt too. It’s pretty close to zero for any use marks to date. IF you are wondering how much it has actually done / it needs pointing out.
