The WMR produces roughly the same energy and velocity 100 yards away as a standard .22 rim fire at the muzzle. As a semi-automatic you can easily ‘double tap’ or even tripple hit a fox as fast as you can squeeze the trigger. That is potentially DEVASTATING performance. You also have MORE than enough performance for longer range rabbits and hares too. There is little that should escape!
As the calibre designation states it IS a Rimfire (just a MAGNUM Rimfire).
